So much for thinking this chemo was going to go better. I had my blood draw today and it is all over the place again. This time things are high in places they have never been high before (and shouldn't be) and the same with the low stuff. Very confusing. And since this morning today has been a downward slide of getting sicker and sicker and more pain. I called oncology and they told me this is Taxol doing a job on me and that it is likely I will feel like this for a few days.
So now all I keep thinking is only three more chemos to go and then I am done. Only three more chemos to go and then I am done. Only three more chemos to go...........

I am sorry you are feeling so bad. You are strong--you can hang in there for three more treatments. Feel better soon.

Such a tough time for you, but you sound like a real fighter hon. I do hope the distress of Monday has eased of. Courage...three to go...
I can't believe you are inteh homestretch! It may feel really crappy right now, but I you are nearly out of the woods onthis one and just three more to go!!! Your are MORE than half way there. I know you can do it, Mary!
Just came by to say how much your posts mean to me.. I feel so much stronger with your hand beside me, and your example in front. I cannot believe how lucky I am to have people like you to lighten my load and show me the torchlit path through the darkness...

Thank you for the kind words. I am very glad that my feedback has been of help to you. It is a long journey we are on and it can be confusing and very overwhelming. When we each share what we have encountered on this journey to those that are at various stages of those encounters, at least that person knows they are not alone out there.
